A peaceful Sunday morning in Glasgow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">But we did it! Thanks to everyone pulling together: team; speakers; volunteers; sponsors; and you fantastic delegates. We had a cracking day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We managed 2 tracks, thirteen talks plus an excellent &#8216;Question Time&#8217; panel who were quizzed on all things WordPress and nailed it. We were fed some exceptional food from the Soul Food Sisters and the caffeine addicts were appeased by the lovely folk from Spoons Cafe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/2020.glasgow.wordcamp.org\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat-225x300.png\" alt=\"Jeremy opens proceedings at WCGla\" class=\"wp-image-1020\" width=\"235\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/glasgow.wordcamp.org\/2020\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/glasgow.wordcamp.org\/2020\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat-768x1024.png 768w, https:\/\/glasgow.wordcamp.org\/2020\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat-1152x1536.png 1152w, https:\/\/glasgow.wordcamp.org\/2020\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat-750x1000.png 750w, https:\/\/glasgow.wordcamp.org\/2020\/files\/2020\/02\/Prat-in-the-Hat.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We managed to tolerate the &#8216;Prat in the Hat&#8217; at the start, after which everyone kept to schedule and everyone was lovely to one another. And those still with energy to spare spent a fascinating hour in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.britanniapanopticon.org\/\">Britannia Music Hall \/ Panopticon<\/a> next door, where Judith unfolded a tale of one of Glasgow&#8217;s hidden gems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">And after that we partied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for supporting our first ever WordCamp. Thank you for telling us how much you enjoyed it and thank you for turning up in such great numbers. For those of you safely home, well done.
